The Simian Soul Amulet is an upgraded version of the Shadow Gem Necklace (x). It is created by adding a Gorilla's Paw to the Shadow Gem Necklace (x).
When worn, the necklace will give the player a 1/5 chance to deal 7x of the player's base damage. It will also give the player 25 additional base Hitpoints.
When worn with the Shadow Gem Ring (x) it will provide a 4% Double Drop Rate Bonus.
