The Staff of Sliske (Dormant) is a weapon dropped from Telos, The Warden.

To make it an "active" Staff of Sliske, you'll need to combine it together at the Draconic Forge with the 3 orbs dropped from Telos himself:

The Staff of Sliske is untradeable, while the Staff of Sliske (Dormant) is tradeable.

Special Attack[edit | edit source]

Armor Shatter: Costs 100% of the spec bar and lowers current bosses damage reduction by 25%.
