The Ek-Zekkil is a 1-handed melee weapon. It is created by combining the Ancient Hilt, the Obsidian Blade, and the Magma Core, rewards from the Extreme Hell Arcade.
Pairing the Ek-Zekkil with the Zekkil Gauntlet provides an additional 5th hit.
