The Staff of Sliske (Dormant) is a weapon dropped from Telos, The Warden.

To make it an "active" Staff of Sliske, you'll need to combine it together at the Draconic Forge with the 3 orbs dropped from Telos himself:

• Orb of Pure Anima
• Orb of Corrupted Anima
• Orb of Volcanic Anima
  

It is considered as an End-Game Weapon.
The Staff of Sliske is untradeable.
