The Featherblade is an item that is used to upgrade both the Wand of Praesul and Virtus Book
This item is received as a guaranteed drop from the Avian Ascent Raid starting at Level 25 enrage, and increases in quantity every 25 levels thereafter.
Example:
25-49 enrage grants a player 1 Featherblade per completion
50-74 enrage grants a player 2 Featherblades per completion
75-99 enrage grants a player 3 Featherblades per completion
3975-4000 enrage grants a player 159 Featherblades per completion.
