It is quicker exp to skip for the tasks you'd like but, it's highly recommend taking the time to chase all unlocks first.

Boss tasks are a major part of Slayer here, they are accessible only in the level 120-150 range, after paying 2500 points.
Hard Tasks: +3 Slayer Keys


Some bosses will be harder than others, players will get 3 base "block slots" and can pay points to unlock the 4th\5th slots

Notable blocks are: Nightmare (without mass or AOE, it can be rough), Enraged Hades, and Abyssal Sire, these blocks are optional - just an example of 3 common blocks.
