The Enchantment system allows players to push gear further than ever before. Items are now able to gain "levels" which augment that items. Per level, an item gains 5% bonus to their current stats, capping at 100% bonus at level 20. '''ANY ITEM''' that has stats is capable of being enchanted.

Enchants are account locked. Trading away an enchanted item will result in the item being reduced back to level 0 for the buyer. If you sell an item that you've enchanted, and then buy a new one, the new item will retain any levels which you were able to enchant previously.

Enchantments

The Enchantment system allows players to enhance gear by adding enchantment levels to items with stats. Each enchantment level increases the item's base stats by 1% per level.

Enchantments are one of the most important long-term gear enhancement systems in Redemption and can provide a major increase to an item's power as it is leveled.

Enchantments affect the base stats of the weapon or item. They do not affect stats boosted by ELO.

To view an item's stats with enchantment levels applied, use the Equipment Viewer.

How Enchantments Work

Stat Scaling
1% Per Level
Each enchantment level gives the item a 1% bonus to its base stats.
Example
Level 100 = 2x Stats
An item with +100 enchantment receives +100% base stats, making it effectively 2x its normal stats.
Eligible Items
Items With Stats
Any item with stats is eligible for enchantment.

Only Supreme Enchantment Stones and higher-tier stones can enchant items beyond level 25.

Account-Locked Enchantments

Enchantments are account-locked. This means enchantment progress belongs to the player account, not simply the physical item being traded.

Trading Enchanted Items
If an enchanted item is traded to another player, it will reset to level 0 for the buyer.
Buying The Item Again
If a player sells an enchanted item and later purchases another copy, the new item retains the player's previously achieved enchantment level.

Enchantment Stone Progression

Players commonly progress through different enchantment stones as the item's enchantment level increases. Current enchantment progression can reach up to level 160.

Common Equipment Upgrade Progression
Enchantment Stone Upgrade Range
Perfect Enchantment Stone Levels 1-11
Dream Enchantment Stone Levels 11-17
Dream Enchantment Stone (e) Levels 17-25
Supreme Enchantment Stone Levels 25-50
Eternal Enchantment Stone Levels 50-100
Elder Enchantment Stone Levels 100-150
Summer Enchantment Stone Levels 1-150

Failure Chance and Item Safety

Risk of Destruction
Enchanting items with both Enchantment Stones and High-Grade Enchantment Stones carries a 1% risk of destroying the item.
Protected Stones
Using other protected stones will prevent the item from being destroyed during the enchantment attempt.
Stone Behavior Notes
Stone Type Behavior
Perfect, Dream, and Eternal Stones Can fail, but will not destroy the item.
Dream (e) and Supreme Stones Will not fail and will not destroy the item.
Eternal Enchantment Stone Has a 50% chance to reach level 75 and a 25% chance to reach level 100.
