The Gem Removal Chisel can be obtained from the Salvage Shop (Rotation C) for 1k Salvage Fragments,
& is the ONLY item allowing Gems To be removed from sockets! (Removing a Gem will be a 50/50 chance for it to be destroyed when removed!)
