Wrapping paper is granted every 3 minutes of Skilling or PVM
5-10 Christmas Wrapping Paper is earned every 3 minutes while skilling or killing most monsters
10-20 Christmas Wrapping Paper will be given every 3 minutes to active members (Base, Pro, Premium or ELITE Membership)
ELITE Members will be given wrapping paper every 2 minutes instead of 3 minutes.
