Editing Kaiser Ring

It can be made by using 6 [[Kaiser Fragment]] on  [[Emperor's Ring (i)]].

Similarly to the [[Emperor's Ring (i)]] the Kaiser ring has the option of accessing the [[Emperor's Ring (i) Drop Table|Ultra Rare Drop Table]], which can be enabled by Right clicking the ring then selecting "Ultra Rare Drop"

Currently, it does the following:

*[[Scroll of Returning]] Effect
*[[Upgrade Hourglass]] Effect
*[[Misc.|Scroll of Souls]] Effect
*[[Misc.|Scroll of Fire]] Effect

*A 20% bonus to each of Drop Rate and Luck
*A healing effect
*A 60% tribrid damage bonus
